With the upcoming food benefits being cut, my mom has no money for transportation to the clinic. I encouraged her to call the clinic to ask for a phone appointment and she was told very rudly by the administrative staff that this was no longer an option. The staff encouraged my mom to cancel her upcoming appointment due to a lack of transportation instead of working with her as a senior to find a solution. Providers and staff are awesome.
Dr. Covina treats my aunt, and I finally had the opportunity to drive my aunt to see her nephrologist. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and Dr. Govindan impressed me with her ability to explain the condition and treatment options. She was very easy to talk to. I’m so glad my aunt is in such good hands.
I have had excellent help by Dr. Varsha Pathek at the Nephrology clinic. Today I got a lot of additional insight in the current status of my condition and options how to deal with it going forward.
