Dr Karam maybe very knowledgable, but his manner of speaking to patients is bad. No smile, talks down to me when I ask questions. Office is ran poorly I was given an appointment on a holiday, the office was closed and never received an inquiry about a new appointment. 3 years later I returned. Was told I would receive a call with appointment dates. No one called until the day before. Waited over an hour and the bathroom was disgusting. I was unable to dry my hands due to a urine tray over flowing from the trash can and touching the paper towels. When my daughter told the nurse she said "oh geez," and did nothing about it. Also, the doctor did nothing for me. He said he had to get everything together. Seriously, I waited 2 months for this appointment. You had plenty of time. I have a kidney disease and was told I needed to see a urologist for it.
