All I have to say about this practice is that the lady in the front desk is very rude. My mother who’s a patient there has several bad experiences there. First the doctor that she was seeing refused to see her in person even though the pandemic was over and every other doctors were seeing people in person. This doctor named Feros Abubekher all he wanted to do was to see her in camera. After we complaining about that he finally started to see her at his practice. Great Doctor ! But the receptionist is ignorant ! She’s either to comfortable or to entitled to be feeling like a 9.00 an hour job gives her that much power with her radical militant attitude.
Love this man. He is compationate without being condescending. He respects you as a person by way of relaying information. I was scared, afraid, anxious and worried about how I was going to handle the he news. Happily there was good news. Follow up visits didn't make me nervous. He's the best!
