I had several appointments, but only saw a doctor once. My appointments were constantly rescheduled by them sending letters to me with no explanation. Went on for six months before I withdrew from further contact. Never received any care.

I called today regarding my six months follow-up appointment at their Jacksonville location. The phone number I was given for this new location was incorrect. When I called back to Little Rock, the receptionist was very rude and offered to do what I asked her to do when I called the first time. My respect for Dr. David is the only reason I will be returning.

The follow up care from "my point of view" is non existent. After reading my test results on my patient portal for over a week, I finally called to ask the doctor to explain the results to me. I received no such explanation. What I received was the receptionist coming back on the phone and saying the doctor says to just keep your appointment months from now. So as of today I still don't even understand my test results and have no idea of what they may mean or don't mean to my current health and well being.

If you want patient care, forget it. My mother had an appointment for March 2020. I wanted to make sure we didn’t need to do labs or 24 hour urine test. I called no less than 3 times (checked phone for accuracy on this), no one returned my calls. We were out for another doctor’s appointment and stopped. I stated that we had called to verify to make sure we didn’t need to do labs or the 24 hour test. The front desk stated we did not. Then the very next week I get a call to get labs completed.
