Staff at desk is rude, uncaring. They set my appointment for a time when the doctor was bit scheduled to arrive doe 30 minutes after my appointment time and did not notify me. Sat there 30 minutes doe no reason this was after I was Sent a letter changing my appointment to new later date without making sure it was a date I could make it. I have a consult to be seen by them and called to make an appointment. I was told they are not accepting any new patients, period. I believe the person who answered the phone was Jessica.
The front desk person will not give u appt if u r paying on a past due amount. And she will argue with u and refuse to let u speak with anyone else. Her name is Jessica. If u were unaware of ur past due amount she will not let u speak to anyone in billing.
