I've had at least two referrals here. After the first, I thought I was waiting for an appointment to come open. Nope, they never called to tell me that my primary never sent them my records A YEAR AGO. So, second referral is made. No doctor. Only a nurse practitioner. I opted to go with that. Still no call for an appointment. I've called them six times just today to check on the status of getting an appointment.. no answer. I called Baptist to see if they could get through.. no answer. My kidney disease is now at a stage 3b.... read more

Staff at desk is rude, uncaring. They set my appointment for a time when the doctor was bit scheduled to arrive doe 30 minutes after my appointment time and did not notify me. Sat there 30 minutes doe no reason this was after I was Sent a letter changing my appointment to new later date without making sure it was a date I could make it. I have a consult to be seen by them and called to make an appointment. I was told they are not accepting any new patients, period. I believe the person who answered the phone was Jessica.
