I feel Dr. Chang is a good doctor, there are no kind words for the staff. Your expected to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment then you wait for 45 minutes and still the doctor doesn’t show, not once did the staff tell you how backed up or give me an option to rebook. I feel the staff was rude, incompetent and not professional, if you dare not show or cancel within 24 hours you are charged a fee. Do I charge them for not showing for the appointment at the allotted time??
They want you to check in before your appointment via a web link. What crap. The link leads to a series of pharmaceutical ads. Below unprofessional.
