Impossible to reach on the phone. I called for about 30 minutes straight because leaving a voicemail with these people will get a call back in a week
Dr. Kumar is a wonderful doctor. He explains everything.
Nice people (tho maybe someone should check and see if the receptionist still has a pulse since they rarely answer the phone), but a totally inadequate medical records system - i.e., if you are a patient with the Memorial/North Star system and you, unfortunately, are referred to Nephrology Associates, and Nephrology Associates needs lab work done, you have to go to another lab besides Memorial/North Star.
