I called to make an appointment today (10:29am) and was treated like an imbecile. The receptionist would not give her name (I am sure she realized why I wanted it and knew she was wrong) when I asked because I will most certainly be following up. She was the most unprofessional, rude and condescending person I have EVER spoken to.
