I called the Layton location 4 times in one week, asking about some fairly urgent medical issues I wanted to address. Each time, they said they would call back within 5-10 minutes; did not receive a single call back from anybody. At an appointment, I was told to schedule an ultrasound due to having some concerning pain. This was around 5 weeks ago and remains unscheduled. Small but ample waiting room. Staff efficient and helpful, I was in my wheelchair. It was easy to get into the waiting room.

I have been "treated" by them twice, the first time they just told me what I already knew, that I was not suffering kidney failure, just kidney stones due to IV medication, the second time they could not provide details of the services performed or even get the facility correct that they saw me in. Then their billing company would call me several times a day even when I was making payments on the account. I will avoid them in the future. I visited this place when it was called the Kidney & Hypertension of Utah. Just like some other reviews. I had a visit of about:10 minutes. Nearly $500. bill. Nothing was performed or prescribed just a five-minute visit with a Nurse practitioner. I have not and will not pay this bill, we will go to court if needed. This is nothing but a scam organization to be avoided.
