I have a time sensitive issue and I have been trying to reach this office for the last week. Not one time has a call or text been returned! This is so unacceptable and it’s pertaining to my career. I’m so sad I chose this practice. The doctors are actually amazing, the staff however, please don’t hold your breath!!
Dr. Zonozi has been amazing with my dad both in the hospital and afterwards in outpatient follow-up
Dr. Shumboro order multiple tests to measure kidney function. I called the office at least 10 times to schedule a follow-up visit. I left several messages since November and I have yet to receive a call. No professionalism and unethical!
My husband is a patient of Dr Shumburo. It seems Dr has no bedside manner/ etiquette to talk to the patients. Very rude!
