I want to thank Dr. Memon and Lindsay Keller for their kind, nurturing and respectful treatment provided to my mom. They took their time to explain her treatment options and allowed us to ask questions without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. I sincerely recommend this group for care.
Horrible office staff. I never made it to the doctor because the staff was so rude and unprofessional. What made me so upset was I watched Rose at the front desk mistreat an elderly man who was looking for help finding his way. She gave him a ride look and refused to help him. It made me tear up. I went to help him myself and when I came make she tried to make me do her job and write down all my insurance info cause he didn’t feel like it.
