Friendly staff, good service, and very knowledgeable about their business
First visit, convenient location, ample parking, easy check in, NP was knowledgeable and listened to concerns.
Poor customer service. I have called and left several messages over a 3 weeks period with questions regarding a patient's visit. No return call of any my messages.
Nice friendly service.
My husband went to Dr. Chami for several years. He now has a different doctor and in my opinion a better one. What really turned us off is the day Dr. Chami said " do you want to go on dyalisis or do you just want to die." That horrified both my husband and I . It was not a professional approach. That alone is why we have another doctor now. Dr. Chami is a good doctor he just needs to change his approach to dyalisis.
