I cannot say enough about the quality of care I receive. Especially from Jessica Lafollette APRN. She truly cares about her patients along with the entire staff.
I’ve called several times and left messages to never receive a call back. This office is hard to get a hold of and the staff who answers the phone are rude. This is the first drs office I’ve ever had issues contacting and who never returns calls. I’ve been trying to get a hold of this office for over a month and still never got in touch with anyone. I have to make a special trip to the office just to see if they can help me. Mind you, I live more than 30 minutes from the office. I will write another review after going to the... read more
