Terrible care and service. They cancelled an appointment even though I had labs done that had not yet been reviewed with me. There were new labs to do, but considering I hadn’t heard anything about the first ones, you’d think they’d understand the nuance of wanting to keep my appointment. They require appointments to review any labs with you, which is a complete waste of time. Dr Yu did a great job! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything in english. Very patient with all the questions we asked and took the additional time to answer. Also, Angie (front office) had it all together. All the forms with instructions and she made sure we understood everything before leaving.
Dr. Nandi is one of the most caring doctors I have. He is very attentive and he explains everything so I understand what exactly is going on. He is very diligent and I really appreciate that. His front office staff is the best I’ve ever communicated with. The girls make you feel like your his only patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Nandi to anyone.
