I called 4 times to make a new patient appointment and left messages but never received a phone call until 3 weeks later. I’m going to another clinic. Very frustrating.

I rarely do reviews, but my experience with Nephrology Associates in Olathe has been well above & beyond. Chris in the lab is very professional, and gentle when drawing blood. I’ve been told my veins are difficult to access at other labs, but not a problem here, great job Chris.
