I had an unpaid balance issue with my 80 year old father who had been a patient for a long time, he had an appointment and was turned away because of an “unpaid balance” but he has Medicaid and Medicare so we were confused. the office manager called later that day and let me know it was not an unpaid balance, that it was a mistake because of it being Medicaid it had to be manually removed or something like that , but either way I’m so grateful she called and let me know that everything was okay. Dr. Sagar Patel is my nephrologist at this location and I really like him. He asks me about my health and has bloodwork done. The nurses and office staff are outstanding. I feel that I am well card for.
