A doctor at this practice added a diagnosis of diabetes to my medical record based solely on her judgment due to a medication I was prescribed for a hormonal imbalance. My appointment was a consult in regards to a kidney infection, so this was beyond out of left field. Further, it was discussed in the appointment which medications I was on and why when they were reviewed by the nurse. To say that this is a major error and a safety issue is an understatement. Horrible, horrible place. Do not waste your time. Was referred to them by my primary and they accepted the referral, asked for a bunch of additional tests, then told me they weren't taking new patients after all of that. Horrible front office staff--but clearly they cannot be blamed as they take their direction from the doctors whose compassion for healthcare clear got lost along the way. Shame of you. Don't waste my time--I am very busy too. I would never run my business the way you run yours.

The front office is very challenging. I had an appointment scheduled. Called to reschedule a week in advance and they told me I would have to wait FOUR MONTHS to reschedule. It took two months to get this appointment. Due to health issues I have to reschedule and I get penalized? Big mistake even thinking I want to see this doctor. UCSF has a shorter wait and much better nephrologists

Careful dr. Rangashree varadarajan is incompetent and she will probably cancel every appointment you have and never see you. She will put you on meds that almost kill you. Hopefully you can make it back to the er before you waste away like my mom did. I hope she looses her job and medical license
