I took my elderly Grandma to Nephi Smiles earlier today. We saw Dr. Yates, and were very impressed. He took the time to explain everything to my grandma, and gave us a great option for a treatment plan. My grandma is going to have something that is not only more functional, but will help with some insecurities that she has. She was also very nervous for her appointment, and the assistant that helped her went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.
I needed a root canal redone and went into Dr Gordon and it was the best root canal experience I’ve ever had! Him and the staffs bedside manner was amazing and it was the least painful root canal I’ve had. Complete trust!!
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Everyone was so nice and kind! Professional yet personable and I really appreciated that! I will be going back I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office until today. 😊
I was impressed with the pediatric part of the office. I took 3 kids today, ages 3,8 and 11. They all got to sit together in the room and watch a movie and wear a headset while exam and cleaning took place. The girls were awesome! They made the kids feel safe and they had such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone with smaller kids. My 3 year old grandson loved it and he had never been and was so scared and nervous. Now he wants to go back.😃 Thank you Nephi Smiles
