I would strongly recommend not using this company. First was the whole saga of my personal details getting shared on the black web because their security wasn’t up to date! Thought I would give this place another try for first time in two years and boy was I wrong! They are apparently doing renovations during business! The smell from glue and fumes was that toxic i could taste it in my mouth, felt like I couldn’t breathe and I literally had a headache sitting there for ten minutes! Generally happy with the service here when I brought my 97 year old mother in law for injections in her knee, however as she is in a wheelchair and needs assistance in the toilet, we were VERY disappointed in the lack of access facilities for disabled people. There was barely enough room for both of us and her wheelchair and no handles to assist her.
Very professional staff and didn't have to wait for hours AAA+
Thank you to Vicky, Jam and Evan! These three where really understanding with my nerves regarding an MRI, did wonderfully when it came to comfort and practicality with the whole appointment. :D
