Worst service I have ever experienced in radiology they booked me in for 1 pm for my appointment and when I reach there they said I have to wait for half an hour as there is no one available and they have gone to take their lunch break and when I questioned about the issue the staff said she can’t do anything as she is not the one booking the appointment…what’s the point of booking appointment when they can’t do it on time worst service..and staff attitude…wish I could give zero star but unfortunately there is no option..reg... read more
Staff are amazing, called up last minute and they were able to squeeze my son in for the next day. They were also very patient with my 7 month old and very gentle.
My go-to place for scans. The staff are all friendly, helpful and efficient. There's a small carpark on site. It's tight, but convenient.

I had an ultrasound at Nepean Radiology today and was very impressed. Tania was incredibly professional in both conduct and performance. Her calm, respectful manner and clear communication made me feel comfortable throughout. Truly impressive and highly recommended!
