I highly recommend the Nepean Psychology and Counselling Centre. The administration team are friendly and helpful. And Monique is thorough, professional, caring and goes above and beyond to support families.
Not impressed! Extremely expensive esp if you’re on NDIS - feels like a great money grabbing opportunity unfortunately. We saw Lynn, experienced but not understanding & considering of our needs, when I flagged it with her she was dismissive & eventually made no appointments available for us - probably for the best as she was a poor fit but wasn’t open to feedback. The clinic staff were absolutely lovely & professional!
Giovanna is amazing and I have been seeing her for a while now. She is empathetic, understanding, and culturally aware.
This place is awesome, I had a great experience here and the owner is absolutely lovely. Could not rate this place high enough!!
