I have been coming to this Clinic for years. It is beyond exceptional. Dr Litwiller is an outstanding Optometrist as well as one of the most compassionate and kind individuals you could hope to meet. All the clinic staff are very well trained, polite,and extremely helpful. I recently had a problem that needed Urgent care, and was extremely grateful for the swift attention I received. The staff are very nice and professional! My daughter forgot to bring her Otho K lens plunger, we traveled to Ottawa from Toronto for RG Canadian Championship competition , it’s urgent as she can’t take off the hard lens without this little tool. The reception is a very elegant ma’am, she helped us a lot to get this resolved even we are not the patient here, super responsible and kindly, deeply appreciated!
