I received a new pair of lenses 2 weeks ago in an existing frame. The examination was very thorough and a great deal of time was taken to get the multi-focal prescription correct. They had a new system of measuring the lenses for a proper fit in front of the eyes. I went back a week later to pickup the glasses and was totally blown away by how much better I could see thru this pair of glasses as opposed to my previous pair! Michael is obviously very experienced, however he spoke to me very curtly and as a 66 y/o female, I felt belittled and bullied. You probably won't see this post as he seems to delete them I will post elsewhere also. DON'T GO THERE, especially if you are a female of a certain age!!
