AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I found the experience extremely unprofessional and was concerned about the way my medical privacy was handled, particularly the suggestion of reporting me to VicRoads without my consent. Michael, Allison and Leanne are so helpful, knowledgeable and their service was fantastic! Highly recommend getting your eyes tested and buying new glasses from Nepean Optical Rosebud.
Came in this week for my daughters’ eyes to be checked, the team was super respectful and helpful, made sure my daughter was well looked after, and also made sure I was understanding of what she needed and how I could help her too. Couldn’t recommend them more!
