I purchased the incorrect saw chain from stihl on line. I stopped in the Carp Rd store to see if they had the correct chain and although they didn’t need to they offered to swap it for the correct unit they had in stock. They saved me a mild headache and some time sorting out a return to stihl. Huge help! Waiting on an excuse to buy something so that I can return the favour.
