Not helpful whatsoever. I needed parts for my Briggs and Stratton engine and he didn't order it. I voted with me feet and took my business elsewhere. And, it took one phone call to Yarmand to get all the parts I need, and they're available for immediate pick up.

Fast, friendly and spot on estimate. My 12 yr old John Deere lawn tractor engine seized and I called Brian at Nepean Kanata Air cooled Engines. He gave me an estimate, picked it up and dropped it off 4 days later fixed with an invoice on the lower side of the estimate window. He Gave me an overview of the general health of the mower, belts etc and talked me through what he did. Super guy. Highly recommend this shop.
