Attended with eyebrow pain. This has been occurring on and off for close to 12 months. The senior doctor took one quick look and decided the pain was my brain playing tricks on me. Showed me the door. Cannot recall the colour. Convinced my problem was not a trick of my brain, managed to consult a private infectious diseases doctor. This place is appalling and disgusting! The waiting room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, McDonald’s rubbish throughout the main waiting room. The staff huddled around the nurses station laughing while patients are crying out in pain and there excuse is that there is only two doctors available on a Saturday night now how dose that make any sense? I arrived at 11:30pm and waited till 6am the next morning just to be told I won’t see a doctor till the morning doctors arrive at 8 am so In reality I wouldn’t of even got the ch... read more
Very grateful and impressed with the wonderful and professional staff . From triage nurse Stephen to Nurse Florence Nightingale Liz I had my toe gash needled and sutured with wonderful post op meds and instructions. Y'all simply the best 👌
After my daughter of 6 months was referred to go to the hospital straight away due to the flu virus going around. We entered the hospital and was put on the priority red chairs to be seen straight away which we thought was great. We then was sent to the kids unit at 6:30pm. The nurses came over and said we would be the third in queue which was agin great. Two hrs later we had another nurse to do the same checks come and say we would be seen in 30 minutes. 1:30am my daughter was put in a room and they had to put a feeding tub... read more
