I’ve been going to this place for as long as I remember. The receptionist is amazing and always so sweet, it’s always super easy to book an appointment and get in asap with your family dr when needed. Only downfall is Sometimes I feel like my dr doesn’t always listen to what I’m trying to say, but otherwise it’s an amazing place.
DO NOT GO HERE. This clinic honestly deserves 0 stars. The doctor was incredibly rude, racist, and made me feel so terrible about myself. I don’t have many regrets in life but visiting this clinic is one of them. The doctor had a terrible attitude. She was so rude for no reason???? I actually don’t get what triggered her to be that rude. She clearly needs to seek a medical professional herself. Do not trust this clinic with your life. Do not give this clinic your business.
So rude for what. Poor receptionist from the clinic down the hall. Some rude lady with glasses and short hair was going off on him and us about using their supplies. Mind you, they were shoe booties outside their door that we used because we thought that’s what we were supposed to use after taking our outdoor shoes off after seeing other people do the same. Started with my doctor when they were at Merivale and Hunt club. Brenda has been with them for as long as I remember and always professional and pleasant. Very grateful for our female doctor here.
The receptionist and the person who answered the emails were the most rude people I have ever come into contact with. First of all, he could not speak clearly on the phone, like swallowing at the same time, besides, he did not know anything when asked, and did not listen to what you were saying. He just kept talking and talking…and then suddenly hung up.
