Natalie the nurse practitioner here is probably one of the rudest people that you will encounter. She needs to seek alternative employment. Working in a medical office requires compassion, patience and tact, unfortunately Natalie possesses none of these traits.
Reading these reviews, its evident most reviews are not for this clinic- and rather for the one down the hall. This is unfortunate. My family and I have been patients here for a few years and I have nothing negative to say. Receptionist, nurse, doctors, clinic hours/availability... all of it deserves 5 stars. We are incredibly grateful for having a wonderful doctor at this clinic.
I used to see an amazing neurologist here. I went to try to connect and get treatment again and the number is out of service. Not sure what happened, but I was never notified and now I'm left without care for my neurological conditions. Is Dr Dhalla retired?? I am pretty devastated.
I’ve been going to this place for as long as I remember. The receptionist is amazing and always so sweet, it’s always super easy to book an appointment and get in asap with your family dr when needed. Only downfall is Sometimes I feel like my dr doesn’t always listen to what I’m trying to say, but otherwise it’s an amazing place.
