We have been going to this after hour clinic for few years and always had positive experience dealing with reception or doctors was nothing but pleasant except today . Today me and my wife went to get checked relating to flu like symptoms and attending physician Angie Dion was very hesitant to do a thorough check made us feel we had some kind of contagious disease. Natalie the nurse practitioner here is probably one of the rudest people that you will encounter. She needs to seek alternative employment. Working in a medical office requires compassion, patience and tact, unfortunately Natalie possesses none of these traits.
Reading these reviews, its evident most reviews are not for this clinic- and rather for the one down the hall. This is unfortunate. My family and I have been patients here for a few years and I have nothing negative to say. Receptionist, nurse, doctors, clinic hours/availability... all of it deserves 5 stars. We are incredibly grateful for having a wonderful doctor at this clinic.
