Simply fantastic service
As someone who hates the dentist and is very anxious, Dr Nav has been an absolute godsend. He is incredibly patient and reassuring, whilst being factual and professional. I put my complete trust in him and highly recommend him. Jenny, on reception, made my week and took the time to have a conversation with me. She is such a welcoming presence and extremely helpful with the admin/payment side of things. Together they make an 11/10 team and I’m so glad I’m in their hands.
It was great to be at Nepean Family Dental and Implant clinic for the first time. Treatment was done quickly and got helpful advice. staff were friendly too.
Dr Chin, Dr Ravi, Dr Dhaval & Dr Nav are all Fabulous, so gentle and informative. Prices are reasonable. Work is of the Highest Standard! Jenny is wonderful on reception, so welcoming. Such a GREAT Dental Clinic, Highly Recommend, Dentists you can trust! 🩵🕉🙏💚🙏🕉🩵
Having recently switched to this dental practice to make better use of my private health fund's "preferred providers" benefits, i was initially apprehensive, but happy to report that the practice is not only clean and welcoming, the staff are all incredibly friendly, respectful and polite. They were able to accommodate easily for my anxious child and for my child that hates mint. Plus they were able to book us in rapidly to attend to an unexpected dental complication.
