The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond with their care
They might open at 8am but your gonna be left waiting until 9am when the tech gets around to scanning ya. We saw people arriving after us then going in so many times. The wait may have been more tolerable if we were there was loads of time to buy a coffee

I was terrified of having a cortisone injection in my right knee. The staff were so understanding and caring, showed great empathy and told some really bad jokes to relax the atmosphere. Before I knew it, the process was over. Best news is that even after the local anaesthetic wore off, there has been no pain and no swelling, for the first time in over 40 years, I slept through the night without being woken by knee pain. Ive been to Nepean Diagnostics on several occasions for steroid injections, and I will not go anywhere else. From the girls in Reception, to Jenny doing the Ultrasound, and Dr Han who is so gentle and careful, what would be a traumatic experience, (and had been at other places), is easy, and not too painful at all. Jenny and Dr Han work so well together working out the best way to do the job. I'm hoping my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome will settle, but I'm not too stressed if I have to have another one. That's how good they are.
