As a middle-aged man with no significant CrossFit experience, I was a little anxious about joining. However, any fears were quickly put to rest. Nepean CrossFit is a great place to train for people of all fitness levels. Dan and his team of coaches are extremely knowledgeable and have created a community that is both fun and supportive. I only wish I had joined sooner!
Best part of my day is coming to class and having a laugh with everyone! For me Nepean Crossfit isn't just about the exercise but its a huge part of my social life.
You are always welcomed here no matter what stage in your fitness journey you are at. This place is honestly one of the best managed gyms I have ever been to. Keep it up Dan!
