I just went to this location for the first time. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in almost a year because the other place I went to over-threaded them. Since then I have been trying to grow them out. I literally tell the lady this “I know it’s patchy but I will fill it in” she even said “ok so just clean up” She really gave me the thinest eyebrows I’ve had since Y2K She did not listen to what I asked her and proceeded to “hide the patches” by threading out all the work I’ve done to grow out my eyebrows. Nice' clean & very friendly worker' forgot to get her name' went in on Friday Jan 15'21 my eyebrows look very nice & happy no burning or swelling like I usually get

I always go to Superior and this time I decided to give this threading place a try. It was so rushed. The place I usually go to does a nice clean job and they apply lotion. The comments are true about them expecting a tip. I doubt I’d ever be back.

They Always expect tip... and I always feel like they stare at me wrong for not tipping and very rude the lady with the glasses. And the short old lady so rude!!
