Jessica is very gifted in reflexology and fascial stretch therapy! She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her technique. She took the time to understand my specific issues. The stretches were gentle yet effective, targeting the fascia and muscles in a way that I had never experienced before. I could feel the tension releasing with each stretch, and by the end of the session, I felt like a whole new person.
Made appt online. Got there and no one was around. Phone call and rescheduled for 30 minutes later. The Reflexology was fantastic. Definitely will return
