A very positive experience. I arrived 20 minutes early for my MRI appointment and they saw me right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A good sense of humor goes a long way!
I HATE the health care industry! Letting an injured child to wither in pain while I await approval from the insurance company for an MRI!!! Understanding this IS NOT the fault of workers at such facilities I will have to say AMY, from NEPA Imaging Center kept my grumblings in check by going out of her way to get authorization FAST!
Very clean inviting office. Great Staff! I mean fantastic!!! I was truly afraid of having an MRI/MRA w/contrast done and held off on having it done for a months as a result. The staff at NEPA imaging was immensely patient and kind and walked me thru the entire process, they explained what I might feel and about how long each set of pictures would take. Overall smooth, quick process, with very educated staff!
