Dentists normally give me the worst anxiety, but since starting coming to this office, that feeling is gone! Staff is calming and so friendly.

Absolutely the Worst Dental Experience of My Life – BEWARE. I tried my absolute hardest not to leave a bad review, but after my final phone call with the front desk woman today, I couldn’t stay silent any longer. This place is beyond unacceptable—it’s dangerous. I am almost 30 years old and have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism, pain, and total disregard for patient care. The good reviews are only because they haven’t been there long enough to be treated badly. I have been with NEPA community health for almost 10 years. In the last 2-3 years they have been going down hill. But in the last year they hit the bottom. They don’t care about you at all. They just care about their bottom line. If you can handle the stress they cause go for it.

I had a fear of the dentist! I was made very comfortable. The hygienist was amazing and Made the entire experience pleasant. And explained everything and what they were doing and the process was great. I would recommend them especially if you are fearful of the dentist. My teeth are looking and feeling so much better!
