Excellent experience with NEPA Builders. Toby Grzenda and his team were professional, organized, and responsive throughout front door replacement and porch roof installation project. Communication was outstanding, and they handled several changes I requested without issue. The finished product, a custom front door, looks great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend NEPA Builders for anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Overall a bad experience especially when you pay a premium. What was described as 4-6 month projected more then doubled. Had to pull the plug and finish ourselves. They may be more suited to smaller projects.

I had a contractor out to my place over a month ago to look at several projects - including rebuilding my sunroom. He took several pictures and told me he would be back in touch after a week or so with ideas and estimates. I called after 3 weeks and was promised a return call - which didn't come. I called again after 4 weeks - and still no return call. If you can't get to my project, that's completely reasonable. But it would be nice to be informed about that! Ghosting a client doesn't seem very professional.
