I recently worked with Matt at NEPA Builders on a very large deck project. Matt did an amazing job and was very attentive to details. I would definitely use them again and recommend their work.

Overall a bad experience especially when you pay a premium. What was described as 4-6 month projected more then doubled. Had to pull the plug and finish ourselves. They may be more suited to smaller projects.
I had a contractor out to my place over a month ago to look at several projects - including rebuilding my sunroom. He took several pictures and told me he would be back in touch after a week or so with ideas and estimates. I called after 3 weeks and was promised a return call - which didn't come. I called again after 4 weeks - and still no return call. If you can't get to my project, that's completely reasonable. But it would be nice to be informed about that! Ghosting a client doesn't seem very professional.
Kitchen faucet pipe burst and the first floor of my house flooded. Bill and his team helped me redo the entire first floor and added a few upgrades including new windows and back door. It honestly was a pleasure working with Bill. He not only gave the best suggestion when it comes to solving issues we encountered, he also makes sure things are done right.
