Well, where to start…..we have been going to NeoVision since the beginning. 100% great every time year after year after year. Since the recent acquisition and change to MidWest this place has had a complete turn around. Scripts are never correct. Glasses get sent to a different office than the one you asked. As soon as our favorite doc retires we will go somewhere else. Everyone is super nice it’s just that it seems everyone is a bit confused.

Doctor was thorough. However, he used a ton of acronyms and was in a hurry. When checking in, I was told if I wanted to use my health insurance I would have to schedule a second visit to do my eye check and receive a prescription. I would save $55.00. So I made a second appointment. They had to test my vision during the current visit. They gave me the prescription and then proceeded to charge me $55.00 - which was for the vision check - even though I said I wanted to wait. Then, they did not put the PD on the prescrition.
