Neovision was great. Now they are Midwest and not great. Change appointment times without consulting. Wait for long periods of time after arrival to see someone. Seem to overbook and hope for the best. I am moving on to another eye center.

Specifically requested that my contact lenses be delivered at the Barberton office so I could pick them up there. Called to confirm that this was the case. Came to pick them up in Barberton but was told that no, the lenses are in Fairlawn. Barberton was already a 25 minute drive each way and now I get to do it again. How did this even happen.
