Specifically requested that my contact lenses be delivered at the Barberton office so I could pick them up there. Called to confirm that this was the case. Came to pick them up in Barberton but was told that no, the lenses are in Fairlawn. Barberton was already a 25 minute drive each way and now I get to do it again. How did this even happen.

I have to say, the care that I received from Doctor Starkey and his staff, was absolutely amazing! I woke up one morning and could not open my left eye, needless to say I was terrified. I called the Barberton office and Dr. Starkey got me in immediately. His staff was so very caring and just treated me with the upmost respect. I have recommended him to so many people…and I will continue to!
