Neosun replaced our roof but when the city inspector pointed out some areas that needed to be redone, neosun used different color material. Now our insurance company is not going to renew our policy saying that our roof is patched. So now we have to explain and prove that it's a new roof. We tried calling and working this out but neosun refuses to answer our calls. We are an elderly couple and on social security. I would never recommend neosun to anyone. Daniel and Barbara Williams
A friend recommended this company to me and I reached out to several other companies as well. They were one of the first to get back to me and I could tell they were decently organized compared to some others. This was my first roofing project so I was indecisive, maybe even a little paranoid at times due to being taken advantage of in the past by someone else so I had a lot of questions, and they were more than willing to explain things to me throughout the entire process.
