On August 30, 2022, I was walking by the Neo booth and a male employee wearing green pants asked me and my friends if we would like to sign up for a Neo card. I politely declined and he proceed to insult my friends and I, by saying very rudely that we were «too young to purchase a Neo card anyways» Then, he proceeded to laugh with his coworker. It a very unpleasant comment and made me and my friends extremely uncomfortable. Do not visit the Neo booth at Polo Park.
The employee at the polo park booth was very insulting when I politely declined to speak about the NEO card.
