I've used this company for years in neosho. Every single week they dropped my cans in the street or put them completely knocked over or upside down. It needs to stop. - baxter street
they like to just not pick up your trash from your house. Not the first either. when you call them they say it’s because the lid wasn’t closed
They must have taken their phone to the landfill. You can call all day and nobody will pick up.
Missed five times this year already. Each time I’ve been told they’d pick up later in the week and it sits u til the next pick up day. This time they missed the second week so I have two weeks of trash going in three absolutely no solutions.
Poor pick up frequent missed pickups...not happy with service! Already cancelled our service ..less than a year here.. 2 weeks in a row..no pick up.
