An outstanding place to go to get your pool supplies very nice people to work with very knowledgeable about their equipment and how to make your equipment capable of using their equipment up front honesty, dependability loyal to their customers and very intelligent. The knowledge that they shared with me. There is not a value for this. Update: The 2026 summer season is just starting and many of us are opening our pools. As always, Pleasure Pools has guided us by testing the water and giving us detailed instructions on how to treat the water. Lisa is always helpful whenever we need help. I'll continue to purchase all my supplies here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They take care of all my pool and hot tub needs.
Last summer I had major issues with algae. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. I remembered the great customer service I had received at Neosho Pool and Spa, now Pleasure Pools, so I returned. Lisa solved the problem. I could have saved a lot of money if I had gone to her first. Now, I go there for everything. I always receive the best customer service- even from new employees in training.
