This will be my first time sending out a review but feel compiled to do so..I read the reviews and thought that was so negative..then I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to a service guy that shared no problem we are not backed up just call back and speak to office to make app. I did and was told it would be a week. So on the day scheduled I called early and confirmed with office, I was on the schedule. Later that day called again and was told by another not even scheduled at all!. After 2 years, had pool finally finished in 2020 by Pleasure Pools, and subsequently “maintained” by Neosho pool and spa. We have a 38,000 gallon pool that we took great pride in and wanted it to be the centerpiece for our entertaining. Last year, we ran into a problem with a leak somewhere in the system, as well as a problem with our heater overheating our pool we made several attempts to contact for service, mostly unanswered, certainly unfixed. I originally called these guys last winter for cracks in the pool. Had an appointment to get it fixed early May. No show or even a call. I called them. They canceled for some reason but didn’t bother to let me know. Still trying to get an appointment. It’s now May 21st and if course now I get “it’s going to be a while”. I give up. Thanks guys!!!
