Last summer I had major issues with algae. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. I remembered the great customer service I had received at Neosho Pool and Spa, now Pleasure Pools, so I returned. Lisa solved the problem. I could have saved a lot of money if I had gone to her first. Now, I go there for everything. I always receive the best customer service- even from new employees in training. This will be my first time sending out a review but feel compiled to do so..I read the reviews and thought that was so negative..then I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to a service guy that shared no problem we are not backed up just call back and speak to office to make app. I did and was told it would be a week. So on the day scheduled I called early and confirmed with office, I was on the schedule. Later that day called again and was told by another not even scheduled at all!.
