Seen there ad for the company on the internet , stopped by and the people were friendly and showed us a trailer that was already painted and closely matched our trike , pure luck on the match , we bought it and picked it up 2 days later , totally happy and will have only good things to say about them !!!
Amazing customer service. I emailed and called N.F. several times in regards to a purchase of a motorcycle trailer. Each time interactions were helpful, courteous, and professional. I visited their showroom and the excellent customer service continued in person. Cannot recommend them high enough.
I called to order a drop in carpet liner for a 1995 Starlight model 14 I was redoing . Lady I talked to on the phone said that it was $75 including the top and bottom liner . Was pretty sure she said it "included" shipping. I checked my bank account and was charged $97.64 . When I received the package , it's no more than carpet strips to line the side's , and a piece with the fender well's cut out ! Possibly about $30 worth of carpet that I had bought at the local hardware store ! I'll have to pay return shipping and pay a 1... read more
