I absolutely love NEOS! I no longer live in Arizona but still travel the 900 miles for treatments. Everybody at NEOS is amazing and does amazing work. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. The staff is amazing. Office clean and easy access location. I’ve slipped off the wagon but I know Sharlene and staff will get me right back on track. No guilt, just encouragement and support. I am so impressed with this business.
They're under new management and it shows!! I've gone there for a number of different treatments in the past and have had pretty good experiences, but have had even better ones recently. I've gotten laser hair removal and some botox treatments. The staff that is there currently is incredible!
I am approaching my 1 year mark. I have lost over 50lbs, 20% body fat, visceral fat is down 4 points and a healthier way of living and eating. Neos has been very supportive with my schedule and always gives great advice to keep me on track. I would recommend Sharlene and her team at Neos to anyone looking to lose weight and get on a healthy track.

I did the 6 week B12 program and lost 16lbs last year, was a fantastic experience! I’m now going on week 6 of their HCG program and have lost 21lbs!!! Every member of the staff at Neos MedSpa is courteous and make you feel supported during your weight loss journey! So happy I found Neos MedSpa, I highly recommend!
