If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They refused to fix our broken machine unless we signed a 5 year extension to our contract, which still had months left on its term. They were essentially holding our service hostage until we renewed. Finally in December of 2024 I was forced to find another company so we would have a working postage machine. Customer service on their postage meter accounts is beyond poor-I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a year and no one will take ownership of the issues and follow up even though I have given them the requested information many times-I cannot wait for my contract to be up so I can switch to a new vendor

If I could leave zero stars I would. My mail folder/inserter has not worked properly since we received it. I was told it would have the SAME functions as our old one. That was a bold face lie. I am stuck in a 5 year lease and Neopost wont even let me upgrade to a new machine (which I offered to pay more money). This company is horrific to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST.
