I've been in supply chain for a decade and bought from literally 100s of different companies. These guys still stand out as the worst. Every time I'm struggling to get a PO delivered, I remind myself- "Hey man, things are alright. At least you're not dealing with Neopost any more. "

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We have been a customer of Neopost for more than 6 years. Although claiming to adhere to their Six Key Behaviors: Accountable, Adaptable, Communicative, Customer Centric, Knowledgeable and Team Oriented, I have not found any of these to be true. ACCOUNTABLE: Do not take responsibility for their lack of transparency especially on lease renewals, make sure to ask what the terms of your contract or renewal are before signing. We purchased a company in 2012 that had JUST signed a 5 year lease with this company unbeknownst to us. We snail mail less than 50 pieces in an entire month. We have zero use for this machine or company yet every attempt made to cancel this lease or explain the situation either gets an agent that tells me "Ma'am, there is nothing I can do" or I get "disconnected".
