I would highly recommend going with another company. I have had a postage scale that has not worked for months. I have tried on 5 different occasion to try and get it to work. Their tech people read a script and finally have told me it probably doesn't work because the air from the building is creating a draft to dry up the ink....Laughable. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have to wait three days!!! UI don't want your system. Ok you need to pay over $500 to cancel the contract. Your machine doesn't work...STAY AWAY... read more
