Very difficult to deal with. Once you sign a contract they have you and nothing matters. We bought the wrong ink cartridge for our machine from them, over $300 and they would not exchange it. They would not call back and just said to bad. If there is any other postage machine company out there i would have gone with them instead.

Follow-up #2 - Quadient did reach out. Nikki is the single best Level 2 support that has ever existed. Did not give up and made sure that every single option was thoroughly tested until solution was found. Ended up being advanced settings on the machine. All fixed. Follow-up - no one has reached out. Servers are not working normally because we cannot connect and machine is still locked and unusable. Non existent communication; both external and internal. I would highly recommend going with another company. I have had a postage scale that has not worked for months. I have tried on 5 different occasion to try and get it to work. Their tech people read a script and finally have told me it probably doesn't work because the air from the building is creating a draft to dry up the ink....Laughable. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have to wait three days!!! UI don't want your system. Ok you need to pay over $500 to cancel the contract. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Very unorganized company with poor customer service and a lack of internal communication.
