Received final billing with late charges...tried to get that cleared up...to no avail. I have called their "fast and convenient" customer service number numerous times and never get through to anyone...this time, I managed to linger at least 15 minutes with no live assistance. I do NOT believe their customer service group is so busy or so meager that a customer must be put on hold for that long...and longer, obviously. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.
