Dr Jubal looked after our baby from the moment he was born in theatre, and we’re honestly so grateful. Our baby had to stay in SCN for 10 days, which felt like forever for us as new parents. Those days were really hard, but Dr Jubal was always so calm and easy to talk to. He explained things in a way that made sense and helped settle a lot of our worries. He just has a very reassuring presence, and it made such a difference during a stressful time. Really thankful for the care he gave our baby.

Dr. Jubal John has been fantastic. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, informative and easy to share your concerns with. He is also always happy to help for any urgent matters. Highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a paediatrician!
I recently had an extremely upsetting experience with Dr. John Jubal, who briefly visited my newborn during my time in the post-birthing ward in hospital. John Jubal spent no more than a few minutes with my newborn baby, and despite not providing any clear explanation of his services beforehand or obtaining my consent for any fees, I am now being chased for a bill of almost $800. Dr Jubal John attended at my emergency C-section to check that my baby was healthy on delivery. He was extremely kind and compassionate, contributing to a really positive atmosphere in theatre and his check up of my baby was thorough and comprehensive. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly knows his way around infant health. His subsequent checks in the hospital and prior to discharge were also great and he was very reassuring.
