I own a National sign company. We paid Rudy up front to permit and install a job for us. He only installed one sign and claimed he could not finish the job (after many, many unreturned phone calls and texts, we abandoned the effort and paid someone else to finish the job. He can't be trusted. DO NOT USE HIM FOR SIGN MFG., SERVICE, OR INSTALLATION
Ripped us off! Took our money and never did the job. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau! Big time Crook!
