I had been to Tattoora (sister shop) before for piercings, they gave bad advice, offered to use jewellery I knew would not be suitable for piercings I wanted and could overhear appropriate remarks about me and other clients (of sexual nature) and also bad mouthing other staff. Went to get my helix ring changed today and it was such a good experience. I was helped very quickly, it took only a minute. I felt very comfortable and would definitely go here if I want another piercing in the future :)
Before discovering NN, all six of my previous piercings have gotten infected, some to the point of medical intervention. I nervously got my septum done at NN and because of their high quality materials/metals and individual experience… my piercing healed perfectly with minimal issues. They told me everything I needed to know for the after care and were very patient in the appointment.
