Hailey has been doing my nails for over 2 years, and I have NEVER had a nail lift or break. She is absolutely the sweetest and does an incredible job every single time! And Michelle is Nanaimo’s best-kept secret when it comes to pedicures! She incorporates acupressure into her massage, and it is INCREDIBLE. I’ve never had a pedicure quite like it. If you’re looking for amazing nails AND an amazing pedicure, these ladies are the ones!

If there was more stairs, I’d give more. Michelle went above and beyond - she’s a fantastic technician! The whole staff team is friendly and welcoming!! My favourite pedi place.

This was my first visit to Neon Nails to get a pedicure with regular polish. I had the good fortune to have Jade as my nail technician. She was FABULOUS! Kind, friendly and engaging. The foot treatment was exceptional especially the leg massage with the sugar scrub felt amazing. I’ve had many pedicures over the years at various salons this experience with JADE was hands down one of the best! Highly recommend booking an apt and ask to book it with Jade.
