I had the most amazing spa experience with Jenny! She was so thorough, and gentle and did an amazing job. I felt extremely pampered.
Pretty disappointed. Came in with a gift certificate for a pedicure and manicure, left with $60 more tacked on that I didn't want. The sales people were coy about slipping in the extras. I didn't know what gel nails were and the way they put it was they were just a little different than regular enamal. I certainly wasn't told they were an extra charge. Asked for a gel polish change, when I went to the counter to pay, they apparently gave me hard gel which I didn’t ask for and there was so mention of it during the nail service. Aesthetician also didn’t ask if I wanted hard gel nor tell me that there would be a $10 upcharge. Not impressed at the lack of honesty.
