My daughter’s birthday nails were butchered and the tech refused to have a conversation. Acrylic nails are crooked, lumpy, not to the cuticle, and she has product all over her fingers. Oh and wrong colour for accent. I tried to request to speak to management but the online submission form thinks I’m spam when asking to speak to management.
I been going here for awhile now as I can get in fast and not have to book too far ahead everyone is always friendly and does a good job. Today I had Michelle give me an incredible foot massage with my pedicure. Firm pressure on all the points had me smiling
My husband and I go every few weeks for pedicures and manicure for myself. We are well taken care of, always leave relaxed and happy. The ladies accommodate us everytime, oten when short on time they will do my pedicure and manicure at the same time so my husband isn't stuck waiting while I get a manicure. The entire atmosphere is wonderful, the ladies are pleasant and the massage chairs are a bonus. We drive to the other end of town because we love it here so much!
5 days in first one chips , 2 days later second one chips . I mean , great experience. But said that happened so soon. And I phoned nothing will be done .. thanks though. THANKS so much neon nails for fixing the problem as soon as possible very much appreciate it!!, thanks Cindy for being very understanding and communicating w me right away. Love my newest set
I’ve had several great pedicures with Michelle and I will be requesting her from now on. She does an amazing massage with the spa pedi, felt amazing and my last gel pedicure lasted months. She really cares about making it a nice experience and justifies the extra $$ for the upgraded pedicure.
