Whitley has been doing my hair since 2021, she is truly an amazing stylist. Whitley always keeps my hair happy and healthy, and I've had vivids since meeting her. Had the pleasure of getting a cut/color done by Diana, and I could not recommend her enough!! Not only incredibly talented but so kind and welcoming, and she made sure I knew what she was doing each step of the way and that I would know how to style my new cut on my own!
Diana at Neon Blonde was absolutely amazing!! My daughter spent about 6 hours with her to complete the best color transformation I've ever seen. I absolutely recommend her and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!
Truly the best color and stylist I’ve come across in years. My hair is dark brown normally and I always had to color to be blonde blonde. This has been my process for over 25 years. My stylist recently passed and I was referred to Whitley- she started me out honestly. Asking me to have patience and it will be a process. Each time I returned to her she was never giving up. Then, she nailed it. Dirty Blonde is gone and my real blonde is back!
