Yeah not impressed, make an appointment and you still sit and wait for almost an hour in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes in the examination room. Clearly not understanding nor sympathetic of mental illness, the worst visit I've ever had , left there in tears because my mental health is crap, the stigma and all makes it difficult to explain myself to the Dr, might have been my last visit . The clinic hours are minimal and that sucks.
Not a great start. They rescheduled my first appointment the day before. They rescheduled it for a phone apt April 3rd (easter Friday), doctor never called me. No one at the desk picks up, no one answers emails and the next available date to see my doctor according to the online form is over 2 months away. BUT they want to have exclusive care access over their clients and will DISCHARGE you if you use a clinic 3 times.
