First time at NEOMO today. The sign in was pretty quick, having to just scan our health cards. Both my daughter and I met our new family doctor, Dr Hamidani. She asked many questions and sat with us for quite a while, going through our health history. She is so pleasant, respectful and kind. We were both very pleased with our appointments.
I am livid with the service I've received from this clinic. I filled out the forms 6 months before my trip. I never heard back. 2 months before my trip, I called and was asked to fill them out again, which I did immediately. About 2 weeks later, I had the consultation, where they informed me that they did not have my forms. I had filled them out twice at that point for myself, husband and 3 kids.
