Better than average and backed by a pretty solid list of projects in Melbourne going back decades. They’re focused on good design outcomes more than most and it shows in most of their projects. There is a limit to the quality of the build you’re getting just by virtue of Australia’s building standards and how much accountability that industry is willing to have. Probably amoung the best you’re going to get if you want to buy off the plan.
bought one of their apartments, water leaks into my apartment now and there are leaks throughout the building. Neometro not responding to fix the issues. stay away from these scammers.
I could not recommend Neometro highly enough. Buying a propertyoff the plan is a leap of faith, particularly given the climate of uncertainty in the construction industry over the past few years. Neometro however, never deviated from the design focused, sustainable, and livable dwellings they promised. Just bought my second place with Neometro, moving in this year. They've been really helpful, easy to deal with and understanding when I've been learning about the process of owner/occupying. The quality of the apartments is beautiful and they attract a genuinely wonderful community
